BLOOMINGTON – McLean County Health officials confirmed that the woman who died from COVID-19 on Tuesday was an employee at the Bloomington Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
The woman was in her 50’s and had underlying medical conditions.
Officials report that the long-term care facility has had a total of 54 COVID-19 cases, 33 residents and 21 employees, two of which live outside the county.
There have been eight deaths at the facility, seven residents, and now one employee.
