Man arrested for drugs, downtown Bloomington beating

BLOOMINGTON – A man arrested in a Wednesday night drug bust was also a suspect in a downtown Bloomington beating that happened in September.

Keith Quinn, 29, of Bloomington was arrested for several drug charges and three McLean County warrants connected to the September beating.

Bloomington Police conducted the search warrant Wednesday night in the 500 block of West Grove Street. Police said during the search, 162 grams of methamphetamine and 11 grams of cocaine were seized. The drugs have a street value of around $14,000, according to authorities.

Quinn was taken to the McLean County jail.
