A new owner could get the keys to the State Farm Downtown Building this summer.
The Bloomington based company announced this morning it’s entered into a purchase agreement with an interested buyer.
A statement from the company says the buyer has started marketing the property to potential tenants as office space.
As State Farm continues to remove and preserve historical items from the downtown property it says both parties anticipate closing on the purchase this summer.
