Lottery ticket sold Monday in Bloomington worth $250,000

BLOOMINGTON – The Illinois Lottery suggests checking your Lucky Day Lotto ticket, especially if you bought it Monday in Bloomington.

The lottery says a ticket purchased at the Jewel-Osco on Oakland Ave. on Monday matched all five numbers, earning the ticket holder $250,000.

If that’s you, the lottery suggests you sign the ticket and keep it in a safe place before taking it to one of the five prize centers. The closest one is in Springfield. The winner has one year to claim the prize.

The store receives a one percent bonus of $2,500.
