Shirley man gets 8 years in prison for child pornography

BLOOMINGTON – A Shirley man faces eight years in prison after his guilty plea in a child pornography case.

Austin Graf, 21, was sentenced Monday on two counts of child pornography. Police arrested him in April following an Illinois State Police investigation into allegations that Graf sexually assaulted a child at Weldon Springs State Park in Clinton.

Graf reached a plea agreement in DeWitt County last month. He pleaded guilty to criminal sexual abuse of a minor girl.
