OSF picks Kewanee hospital chief to lead St. Joseph Medical Center

BLOOMINGTON – OSF St. Joseph Medical Center’s new president comes to Bloomington from Kewanee.

OSF HealthCare has announced Lynn Fulton will begin transitioning to her new job November 5.

Fulton replaces Chad Boore, who’s now Chief Executive Officer of OSF HealthCare’s Eastern Region.

Fulton has been president of OSF Saint Luke Medical Center in Kewanee since 2014. During Fulton’s time there, she supervised the changeover when OSF took over Kewanee Hospital.

At St. Joseph, OSF said in a statement that Fulton will “carry forward a culture of collaboration and integration that provides a safe patient care environment that also fosters innovation and creativity.”

Fulton received her Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University and earned a Master of Applied Science in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Francis.
