One injured in Monday morning wreck in Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — One person was hospitalized after a single vehicle wreck Monday morning on Rivian Motorway.

At 7:45 a.m., the Bloomington Police Department responded to a single-vehicle crash on Rivian Motorway just north of Market Street, a post on their Facebook page said.

The crash had caused the vehicle to be flipped upside-down, and one person was sent to an area hospital with unknown injuries.

The crash caused the northbound lane of Rivian Motorway to close down for almost two hours before reopening at 9:30 a.m. Monday morning, according to the post.
