Money woes for former state senator

BLOOMINGTON — Former State Senator Bill Brady and several members of his immediate family are listed in Florida lawsuit.

Attorney’s for Delray Place, LLC based in East Delray, Florida have filed suit against a Jimmy John’s franchise for back rent.

Back rent that totals more than $54,000 Dollars.

The lawsuit filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court says payments for the lease are “guaranteed” by William Brady, Sr., Nancy Brady, Challo Schott, Matthew Falkner, Kathleen Brady Falkner, and William Brady Jr..

According to the action payment issues have plagued the location for years.

The lawsuit asks for immediate back payment and/or eviction of the Jimmy John’s from the location.
