BLOOMINGTON – The McLean County Health Department on Friday reported 26 new cases of coronavirus.
There are 191 active cases in the county, 26 local residents are in the hospital due to COVID, and the rest are in home isolation. McLean County hospitals are reporting 81% of ICU beds and 75% of total beds in use.
The county’s rolling positivity rate inched down to 2.1%. 35 additional people were released from isolation and are considered recovered.
MCHD has reported 141 new cases over the last week. Here’s an age breakdown for all cases reported since the start of the pandemic.

- 1-17: 1,722
- 18-19: 1,163
- 20s: 4,072
- 30s: 1,874
- 40s: 1,752
- 50s: 1,675
- 60s: 1,226
- 70s: 662
- 80s: 355
- 90s: 187
- 100s: 9
There have been 175 COVID-related deaths in the county.
