NORMAL – A woman accused of stabbing a man during a domestic dispute in Normal on Sunday is free on bond.
McLean County prosecutors on Monday charged Jamellia Harris, 22, with two counts of aggravated battery using a deadly weapon and one count of domestic battery.
She’s accused of stabbing a man in the parking lot of Lancaster Heights Apartments on East College Avenue in Normal.
Police said the victim did not suffer life threatening injuries.
A judge on Monday released Harris on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond. She’s ordered not to have contact with the alleged stabbing victim.
Her next court date is March 5.
