ISU names four finalists for athletic director position

NORMAL – The search committee for the next athletic director at Illinois State University has announced four finalists for the position.

The candidates include: Kyle Brennan from the University of Utah, Tamica Smith Jones from the University of California, Riverside, University of Arizona Assistant Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Derek van de Merwe, and Eastern Illinois University Director of Athletics Tom Michael. A brief bio on the four candidates can be found here.

The candidates are participating in Zoom interviews this week.
