43 new COVID cases in McLean County; 3 more hospitalized

BLOOMINGTON – Local health officials Tuesday reported 43 new cases of coronavirus as three more McLean County residents are in the hospital.

There have been 3,467 COVID cases in McLean County. (Graphic courtesy McLean County Health Department)

The county’s rolling positivity rate went up from 2.8% to 3.4%, according to McLean County Health Department Administrator Jessica McKnight.

There are 203 active cases, 11 people are currently hospitalized, two in intensive care, and the rest are isolating at home.

50 additional people have been released from isolation, now 3,241 have recovered. There have been 23 COVID-related deaths.
