BLOOMINGTON – Cadillac Jacks in Bloomington has agreed to pay a $1,500 fine for violating rules and guidelines set in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Mayor and liquor commissioner Tari Renner said he agreed to settle the case, resulting in Cadillac Jacks being able to keep its liquor license.
Renner said the Bloomington Police Department reports the restaurant is complying with the guidelines after the initial visits.
Cadillac Jacks had several visits by local health officials and officers with the BPD during compliance checks, dating back to Labor Day weekend.
