BLOOMINGTON – McLean County’s rolling positivity rate continues to decline as local health officials Monday reported 24 new cases of COVID-19.
The positivity rate dropped from 8.4% Sunday to 6.6%, according to MCHD Administrator Jessica McKnight. There are 1,419 active cases, seven people are currently hospitalized, two in intensive care, and the rest are isolating at home.
Seven additional people have recovered, bringing that total to 1,501. There have been 18 COVID-related deaths.
