BLOOMINGTON – The McLean County Health Department Tuesday reported 26 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total to 2,626.
Due to the holiday Monday, the COVID testing site in Bloomington and the two surveillance testing locations at Illinois State University were closed.
There are 1,319 active cases, eight are currently hospitalized, two in intensive care, and 1,311 are isolating at home.
The county’s rolling seven-day positivity rate fell to 10.6%.
MCHD said 10 additional people have recovered, bringing that total to 1,290. There have been 17 COVID-related deaths.
