BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police are investigating two separate shootings over the weekend.
On Saturday, around 10:15 p.m., BPD responded to the 1400 block of W. Market Street for a “shots fired” incident. When officers arrived, officers found physical evidence that a shooting had occurred. Police report a vehicle was struck by gunfire.
Around 10:45 p.m. on Sunday, BPD responded to the 1100 block of Valley View Circle for a report of a “shots fired” incidient.
Officers on the scene located evidence that a shooting had occurred. Police report a residence and a vehicle were struck by gunfire.
No one was injured in the separate shootings. No arrests have been made at this time.
