Normal Police probing shots fired incident

NORMAL – Police are investigating a shots fired incident that happened Saturday afternoon on the north side of Normal.

Normal Police were called around 4 p.m. to the 1600 block of Northbrook Drive. When officers arrived, they located damage to several apartments nearby. Police said the shots came after an argument outside an apartment building and at least six to seven rounds were fired, according to our news partner HOI ABC. No injuries were reported.

Authorities are still investigating this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact Normal Police at 309-454-9535 or McLean County Crime Stoppers at 309-828-1111.
