MCLEAN COUNTY – A pedestrian was killed in a car crash Tuesday afternoon on I-74 near Carlock.
According to McLean County Coroner Kathy Yoder, Richard Gaunt Jr., 57, Morton was struck by a pick-up truck heading east on I-74.
Preliminary Autopsy results indicate that Gaunt died from blunt force injuries.
The incident remains under investigation by the McLean County Coroner’s Office and the Illinois State Police.
