Bloomington Police investigating weekend stabbing on city’s east side

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington police are asking for the public’s help in solving a stabbing that occurred on Saturday.

Deputies were dispatched near the road in the 1200 block of Orchard Road around 11 p.m.

It was there police found a 56-year old Bloomington man with stab wounds.

The victim was transported to Advocate BroMenn Medical Center by Bloomington Fire and Rescue. The victim was in stable condition at the time, but his current condition is unknown.

The stabbing incident is still under investigation, and no arrests have been made.
