BLOOMINGTON – A Bloomington man has been arrested for allegedly manufacturing and selling cocaine.
In a release, The Bloomington Police Department said after a drug investigation between BPD’s Vice Unit and Street Crimes Unit, officers arrested Theotis Hilliard Jr., 24, for manufacturing and delivering cocaine near a school, public housing or park.
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of East Empire Street and Hilliard was taken into custody.
Hilliard was transported to the McLean County Jail.
