Search results in arrest of man from Normal on drug distribution charges

NORMAL – Police say a search in Normal resulted in the arrest of a man on drug distribution charges.

Bloomington police report their vice and street crimes unit searched a location in the 700 block of Orlando Avenue in Normal on Thursday and arrested Donald Dickerson, 59, of Normal. Dickerson faces preliminary charges of distribution of cocaine and other narcotics.

Officers reportedly found $4,280 cash and evidence of drug distribution.

Dickerson was taken to the McLean County Jail.
