BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington has promoted its senior budget manager to interim finance director.
Scott Rathbun has been with the city since July 2017. He has more than 30 years of professional financial management experience.
Interim City Manager Steve Rasmussen says Rathbun was integral to this year’s budget process and will provide solid leadership to the city’s finance department.
Rathbun begins his new duties on May 1.
