Lovell named to head McLean County Museum of History

BLOOMINGTON – The new director of the McLean County Museum of History carries nearly two decades of museum experience to Bloomington.

The museum announced Adam Lovell has been named the new executive director. Lovell has spent more than 18 years in museum operations. He has been at an art museum in Manitowoc, Wis. for the past two years, and was curator of collections with the Detroit Historical Society for eight years.

Lovell begins his duties in McLean County on April 2nd.
