BLOOMINGTON – Local election officials say early voting can begin next week now that an appellate court has ruled on who can be on the ballot in the race for attorney general.
McLean County Clerk Kathy Michael and Bloomington Election Commission Director Paul Shannon said now that the court has ruled that Scott Drury can remain on the Democratic primary ballot for attorney general, early voting will begin on Tuesday.
Bloomington residents vote in the Bloomington Election Commission office on the fourth floor of the Government Center in downtown Bloomington. All other county residents vote in the McLean County Clerk’s office on the first floor of the Government Center in the main hallway.
