BLOOMINGTON – A Bloomington man has been arrested on charges that he manufactured and sold crack cocaine and heroin.
Jesse Duncan, 24, was taken to the McLean County Jail after a search Tuesday in the 2200 block of Peirce Street in Bloomington.
Police say they found crack cocaine with a street value of $900, $400 worth of heroin and $467 cash plus evidence of drug distribution.
