BLOOMINGTON – The 23rd annual Evergreen Cemetery walk kicks off today for live performances at the cemetery in Bloomington.
Hannah Johnson, education program coordinator for the McLean County Museum of History, said these live, open air performances will be at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. today and Sunday and October 7-8.
This year’s walk commemorates the Centennial of World War I. The event is a joint effort with the McLean County Museum of History, Evergreen Memorial Cemetery and Illinois Voices Theatre Echoes.
Tickets are being sold at the museum, Evergreen Cemetery, The Garlic Press and Casey’s Garden Shop.
