PEKIN – Tazewell County authorities said skeletal remains discovered Monday might near Pekin may very well be that of missing boy Robert Bee, however investigators can not positively identify the remains until completion of DNA testing sometime next week.
Bee, 13, has been missing since November when he ran away from a truancy officer. News partner WMBD-TV reports the boy’s dental records were used during an autopsy performed Tuesday.
The boy’s relatives have been notified of the findings.
