NORMAL – Marc Tiritilli will not seek a full recount for the Normal Mayoral spot that he lost by 11 votes in the April election. Incumbant Chris Koos is in his fourth term.
Today is the deadline day for whether Tiritilli would petition the court for a full recount and his decision is no.
Tiritilli had requested a preliminary recount of seven of the 30 precincts that resulted in him losing one vote instead of gaining any.
