Police respond to late-night gunshot in Normal

NORMAL – The Normal Police Department responded to calls of a gunshot in the 600 block of South Fell Avenue last night.

Police received the call around 1:12 a.m. and upon arrival at the scene found a victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the hospital to have their wound treated.

Normal Police say there is currently no suspect. Anyone with information is asked to call the Criminal Investigation Division at (309) 454-9593.
