CLINTON – DeWitt County Coroner Randy Rice has released the name of the m\an who was killed in a workplace accident in Clinton on Thursday.
Kerry Daniels, 57, of Clinton was pronounced dead at the scene. Daniels worked at the McElroy Metal Service Center where a load of sheet metal fell on him shortly before 10 a.m. Thursday.
Rice said Clinton Police and OSHA are investigating the death.
