Bloomington police seek information about weekend shooting

BLOOMINGTON – Police in Bloomington are searching for information about a shooting which took place early Saturday morning in the parking lot of the Econo Lodge at 401 Brock Dr.

Police said two men, a 27-year-old and a 25-year-old, received gunshot wounds to the leg and head, respectively, during the incident. The two were taken to Advocate BroMenn Medical Center with what were believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

It was reported there was a crowd of people in the parking and an argument took place prior to the shooting.
