Evening of Stars sold out

BLOOMINGTON – The American Red Cross announced Monday the 2017 Evening of Stars has sold out.

The organization said this is the earliest the annual fundraising event has sold out. The 24th Evening of Stars, which will feature former Chicago Cubs catcher David Ross, is set for April 28. More than 1,000 guests are now set to attend.

Regional Executive Officer Lyn Hruska said it’s “extraordinary” to have the event sell out this early.
