Petitions available for 2 Heartland trustee positions

NORMAL – Petitions are available for two seats on the Heartland Community College Board of Trustees.

The two six-year terms are up for election on April 7. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have U.S. citizenship and have resided in the Heartland district for at least the past year. Each candidate must collect at least 50 signatures.

Petitions are available in the Heartland executive office in suite 2000 at the college. Petitions must be returned between 8 and 4:30 Monday through Friday of next week or between 8 and 5 on Monday, December 19.
