Charlotte McHugh
Charlotte C. McHugh, 106, of Normal, formerly of Minooka, passed away at 3:18 a.m. on June 27 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Minooka with Fr. Tuan officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the mass at the church. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Minooka. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.

Charlotte was born on March 3, 1910 on the farm homestead in Will County, a daughter of Nicholas Sr. and Catherine Drauden Eich. She married Harold F. McHugh on September 17, 1929 in Joliet, Ill. He preceded her in death in 1982.
Surviving is a son, Donald (Mary-Margaret) McHugh of Normal; a daughter, Gail Antonoplos of West Fargo, N.D.; six grandchildren: David (Courtney) McHugh, Deirdre (Kent) Rinne; Lynn (Steve Catron) Antonoplos, Jayme Antonoplos, Mollie Antonoplos and Joe (Beth) Antonoplos; and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, two brothers, and a sister.
Charlotte was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Minooka and a charter member of the St. Mary’s Quilters.
