BLOOMINGTON – A jury has found Anthony Davis-Dickson guilty of murdering a homeless Vietnam veteran in June 2014.
Davis-Dickson was accused of beating Ronald Smith in O’Neil Park in Bloomington. Smith died from his injuries about a month later.
Two others, Tory Washington and Willie Chambers, already pleaded guilty to murder and testified against Davis-Dickson earlier this week. The jury deliberated for about two hours Friday morning before reaching the verdict.
