BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington police have arrested two residents of Normal for their alleged involvement in a burglary at Eastland Pharmacy earlier this week.

Police said the robbery was reported Sunday morning. The business at 1505 Eastland Drive had been broken into and over 2,000 prescription pills classified as controlled substances were reported stolen.

Officials on Thursday executed an investigation involving the sale of controlled substances and as a result recovered a substantial amount of pills believed to have been taken from the pharmacy. Police arrested Derek Forman, 31, for burglary and drug charges, and Krystal Forman, 29, for manufacture/delivery of a narcotic.

No other suspects are being sought. The two are being held at the McLean County Jail.
