BLOOMINGTON – The man accused of murdering Pamela Zimmerman last year has pleaded not guilty.

Kirk Zimmerman, 56, was arrested last week and charged with one count of first degree murder. He allegedly killed Pamela, his ex-wife, at her office last November.

In addition to entering his plea in McLean County court Friday, Kirk has also filed to have his $5 million bond reduced. A hearing on that will be held at a later date.

Kirk’s next scheduled court appearance is Aug. 27 at 10 a.m.
