DES MOINES – Iowa’s governor says he is open to making a system that would allow people from Iowa to cross into Illinois to get marijuana oils.
Republican Terry Branstad said he is open to speaking to Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner about the issue.
Iowa allows oil from the drug to be used for epilepsy, but the law doesn't state how it can be brought into the state.
