Man pleads not guilty to sexual assault charges

BLOOMINGTON – A man from Wyoming being held on sexual assault charges in McLean County has pleaded not guilty.

19-year-old Jacob Brewster of Lander, Wyo., is accused of sexually assaulting and abusing two victims under the age of 18 in Bloomington.

Authorities say Brewster knew both of the victims. Court records indicate at least one of the alleged victims was a family member and at least one of the victims was under the age of five.

Brewster was arraigned Friday on 10 different charges and will appear in court again on March 2.
