NORMAL – The hunt is on for a lottery winner in the Twin-Cities.
A store in Normal sold a grand-prize winning ticket for Thursday's Lucky Day Lotto Evening Drawing. The prize is $100,000. The winner bought their ticket at Qik N Ez in the 1500 block of Vernon Avenue, The winning numbers are one, eight, 23, 34, and 42.
