BLOOMINGTON – McLean County Sheriff's Police say they found a stash of pot inside a man's spare tire in his car.
Court documents show Joel Ziegler of Clearlake, Calif. was pulled over on Interstate 74 on Saturday because he was following another car too closely. Police say they searched the car and uncovered 3.5 pounds of marijuana. Ziegler reportedly told cops he was headed to Pennsylvania to sell the drugs.
Zeigler was jailed on a $200,000 bond.
