BLOOMINGTON – One person was injured and police continue to look for a suspect after a shooting Sunday afternoon in Bloomington.
Bloomington Police were called to Washington Street, near Howard Street around 2 p.m. Sunday, after there were reports of a shooting. When police arrived, they found a 26-year-old male with gunshot wounds to unidentified parts of his body. The male was transported to Advocate BroMenn Medical Center. His condition has not been released.
According to police the investigation is ongoing, with no arrests being made as of Sunday evening.
