McLean County wreck kills one

HEYWORTH – An accident north of Heyworth took the life of a Decatur man. 

The man was behind the wheel of the car that was north on U.S. 51 near McLean County Road 425 North just before  2 p.m. Saturday.  The man was pronounced dead at the scene.  A passenger is hospitalized. 

The McLean County Coroner will perform an autopsy Monday.  No word on the cause of the one vehicle wreck.
