North Street in Uptown closing for Normal Theater repairs
By WJBC Staff NORMAL – North Street, between Broadway and Fell, in Uptown Normal will be closed from 6:00 a.m. until noon Wednesday. The street closure is due to roof work on the Normal Theater.
