It’s time for the 25th Anniversary of Toys for Tots here in McLean County! Every year WJBC teams up with McLean County Toys For Tots to collect donations of new, unwrapped toys for the kids of McLean County. Over the years 130,000 children have been helped here in the McLean County area. This year, to celebrate the 25th Anniversary, we have a goal to donate 25,000 toys to local children in our community.
Remember the look on your child’s face last year when Christmas morning came? You can help someone else’s child have that same look of wonderment and joy. This year, as you are out shopping for your own child, grab an extra toy to donate to McLean County Toys For Tots. By doing so you will be helping put a smile on a child’s face, and you will get the most amazing feeling of helping others during the holiday season. The best part is the toys stay here in McLean County, so they are helping out the kids in our own community. Help deliver the joy of Christmas to those less fortunate this year with McLean County Toys for Tots.
