BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — The McLean County Chamber of Commerce announced on Monday that its president has been elected to serve on a national board.
Charlie Moore, President & CEO of McLean County Chamber of Commerce, will serve on the board of directors for the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, chamber spokesperson Madison Noble said.
The Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives is a Virginia-based association that works with more than 1,300 chambers of commerce.
“We are pleased to welcome Charlie Moore to the ACCE Board of Directors,” said Sheree Anne Kelly, ACCE president & CEO. “Charlie’s expertise and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to adapt to meet an ever-evolving business environment. Navigating unprecedented dynamics and complexities requires catalytic leadership to ensure momentum and economic vitality within our communities.”
Moore has served as President & CEO of the Chamber since 2008.
The Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives helps members identify community trends and share best practices for communities.
