BLOOMINGTON – To continue the WJBC 100th year-long anniversary celebration, WJBC plans to send 200 lucky listeners to St. Louis, MO., to see the St. Louis Cardinals.
As one of the oldest affiliates, the St. Louis Cardinals partnered with WJBC to offer listeners an opportunity to sit in prime-time seats just rows from the field.
The St. Louis Cardinals will battle the Pittsburgh Pirates at Busch Stadium on Aug. 28 at 1:15 p.m.
To win a pair of tickets, listeners must visit one of the following ticket stops:
- July 23: Lil’ Beaver Brewery, located at 5 Finance Drive in Bloomington. Lil’ Beaver Brewery will be giving away tickets from 4 – 6 p.m.
- Aug 5: Run N’ Erin’s, located at 1107 W. Locust St. in Bloomington. Run N’ Erin’s will be giving away tickets from 4 – 6 p.m.
- Aug. 6: Denny’s Doughnuts & Bakery, located at 1107 S. Main Street in Bloomington. Denny’s Doughnuts & Bakery will be giving away tickets from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.
- Aug. 6: Marriott Residence Inn, located at 201 Broadway in Normal. Marriott Residence Inn will be giving away tickets from 11- 1 p.m.
- Aug. 9: Altitude Trampoline Park, located at 1702 General Electric Road in Bloomington. Altitude Trampoline Park will be giving away tickets from 2 – 4 p.m.
- Aug 16: Brass Pig Smoke & Alehouse, located at 602 N. Main Street in Bloomington. Brass Pig Smoke & Alehouse will be giving away tickets from 12 – 2 p.m.
- Aug. 16: Smash House Tavern, located at 503 N. Prospect Road in Bloomington. Smash House Tavern will be giving away tickets from 4 – 6 p.m.
- Aug. 27: Casey’s Garden Shop and Florist, located at 1505 N. Main Street in Bloomington. Casey’s Garden Shop and Florist will be giving away tickets from 4 – 6 p.m.
