BLOOMINGTON – Following a fatal collision in Bloomington early this week, a woman has been charged with a DUI.
The woman has been identified as 38 year old Lakeisha Johnson according to Bloomington Police spokesperson Brandt Parsley.
According to court documents from McLean County, Johnson is charged with DUI and aggravated DUI accident/death.
Johnson’s bond has been set at $250,000 and her arraignment has been scheduled for April 21 at 9 a.m.
A 39-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the crash, was declared dead at the site by the McLean County Coroner’s office.
