BLOOMINGTON – A Chicago man is facing felony charges in McLean County for allegedly driving onto a landing area at Central Illinois Regional Airport.
Early Thursday morning, Bloomington Police Public Information Officer Brandt Parsley confirmed Stephon Carter, 33, is facing charges in the county after being arrested July 5.
According to court documents, Carter is charged with possessing a stolen vehicle, a criminal trespass of an airport, and two counts of criminal property damage.
The bond for Carter is $15,000, and his next court date is July 29.
