BLOOMINGTON – ICU beds in McLean County are at capacity as local health officials report 137 new cases of COVID-19.
In addition, local health officials report that 97% of total beds are used in the twin cities.
At last count, 27 McLean County residents are reported to be hospitalized due to COVID-19.
McLean County health officials report 27 people from outside the county are hospitalized in the twin cities.
There have been 344 COVID-related deaths reported in the county.
Authorities say the county’s cumulative positivity rate is 5.6%, while the rolling 7-day positivity rate is 5.2%.
On the vaccine front, 263,446 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the county.
